We aim to deliver chocolates in their best condition, all of which are checked before dispatch. If you are unhappy with your chocolates that you receive, let us know immediately and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

You are entitled 7 days after reception of the goods, to make a complain to us. Upon receipt of your order and subject to their condition upon return, customers may choose to get a refund (minus postage & packing charges) or substitute goods of your choice.
